On est revenu de quelques jours à Dolbeau où on a visité mes beau-parents pendant Noël. Après notre retour, pendant le déjeuner :

Émilia : Je veux voir grand-maman.
Andréanne : Tu t'es amusé chez grand-maman?
Émilia : Oui. (avec plus d'insistance) Je veux voir grand-maman.
Andréanne : Mais on ne peux pas retourner la voir, c'est très loin et il y trop de neige. Peut-être cet été, on va retourner.
Émilia : J'ai une pelle, moi. Je peux aller dehors et enlever la neige.

We spent a few days at my in-laws during Christmas. When we came back, during breakfast:

Emilia: I want to go see Grandma.
Andy: You had fun at Grandma's?
Emilia: Yes. (with more insistance) I want to go see Grandma.
Andy: But we can't go back now, it's very far and there's too much snow. Perhaps in the summer, we'll go back to see her.
Emilia: I have a shovel. I can go outside and move away the snow.
